Simple.... Because everyone is different, my mentoring is bespoke to match exactly your needs. I will be there for you when you need me most and without judgement. I will bring you clarity, energy, confidence and accountability. I will shine a light on the road to success and stay by your side for as long as you want me.

★ Besides my work, I am a wife and the proud mother of two neuro-divergent grown up kids. Although French by birth, my heart is British so I moved to Liverpool in my early twenties. I have a few very close friends I love to share a good meal with. I am a bit of a motor-head, I ride sport motorbikes on the road and on track. My vegetable garden is my patch of heaven on earth. I have been practising Tai Chi for a number of years, it has helped ground myself. I follow a consistent morning routine of meditation, affirmation, visualisation, exercise, learning, and journaling, as I firmly believe that to help others, I need first to look after myself.
